PRICING
All of the prices quoted here is F.O.B from Ho Chi Minh City. USD Prices of every fish can be changed any time without notice and will be advised in our next offer or new price list or our stock list.
PAYMENT
Payment of new buyers must be in advance (deposit) according to pro-forma invoice as requested from customer / consignee.
Payment is not accepted by banker draft or personal checks and only accepted by Telegraphic Transfer (TT).

DETAIL ON BUYER / CONSIGNEE:
Carefully provide the following information at or before the time on confirmation of order:
- Buyers' name and full address
- Consignees' telephone and fax number
- Name of destination airport
- Name of handling agent, if any.
DISCUS MEASUREMENT:
Discus is measured body only, without tail.
PACKING:
Packing Dimension of carton box: L 50cm X W 39cm X H 40cm
Polyfoam box: L 49cm X W 37cm X H 37cm.
In each box, you can order different strains and different size and put together.
All discus are packed individually and oxygenated in high-density PE double bags.
Optimum water condition is used to reduce stress while travelling and to ensure all fish arrive in excellent condition.
Fishes are placed into quality polyfoam box with 2 plastic bags and covered with 3-ply paper carton box to provide maximum protection during transportation.
Each box weight is on average 14 kg.
FREIGHT CHARGES:
Freight charges are different depend on the cargo airline agent and destination.
All freight charges must be sent together with fish payment.
SHIPMENT:
Any shipment without news to supplier must be accepted in well by buyer / consignee, any claim is not allowed if no report less than 24 hours after the receipt of shipment.
DEATH ON ARRIVAL (D.O.A):
Any mortality happened on the way less than 5% must be accepted by buyer / consingnee.
Any mortality happened if flight delayed because of engine trouble or misconnection flight with approval and signed by one of the cargo officers as witness from the airline involved or other causes beyond our power, the lost must be shared between shipper and consignee of each a half (50%).
MINIMUM ORDER:
4 boxes up.
DELIVERY:
After receiving Telegraphic Transfer (TT), we will send the shipment to you as soon as possible.
